DEFINITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• We encourage you to read and familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions
• By using the website, you agree and consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not, please do not use the website
• If you purchase from the website you agree to the Contract of Sale (see below)
• You use the website at your own risk

CONTRACT OF SALE
• By using the website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions
• By purchasing from the website, you agree to Contract of Sale
• The contract applies between us and you for the supply of goods ordered as per current Australian law

COLLECTION AND RETURN OF HIRE GEAR
• All hire gear is to be collected at Aspire Adventure Equipment, 136 York Street, Launceston, Tasmania during our normal trading hours
• All hire gear is to be returned to Aspire Adventure Equipment, 136 York Street, Launceston, Tasmania during our normal trading hours
• Any hire gear that is returned late (without prior arrangement) will be charged at our normal daily hire rates

CANCELLATION POLICY
• If a booking is cancelled 7 days or less from commencement date a 100% cancellation fee will apply
• If a booking is cancelled between 8 and 14 days from commencement date a 50% cancellation fee will apply
• If a booking is cancelled between 15 days and 28 days from commencement date a 25% cancellation fee will apply
• If a booking is cancelled 29 days or more from commencement date a full refund can be provided
• Any hire gear that is returned early is not eligible for refund

SELECTION OF HIRE GEAR
• Please choose carefully and check sizing before booking. Staff at Aspire are happy to provide sizing estimates
• Whilst we will endeavor to change incorrect sizing this cannot be guaranteed once the booking has been made

LOSS AND DAMAGE
• Any hire gear that is not returned will be charged to the customer at the full cost value of the item/s
• Any hire gear that is returned in a damaged state such that it prevents it being hired in future will be charged to the customer at the full cost value of the item/s
• Any hire gear that is returned in damaged or soiled state which would require it being repaired or cleaned will be charged to the customer to the value in which costs to repair and/or clean. Please note we understand that accidents occur, and we will do our best to accommodate a compromise where possible

CHANGES TO TERMS
• We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions as law and technology dictate

PRODUCT PRICING
• All pricing listed on the website and in-store represents full price, including GST (where applicable)
• All pricing shown is in Australian dollars
• We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time without notice
• Pricing is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

PRODUCT SUPPLY
• We reserve the right to decline any orders we feel may be fraudulent or in breach of Australian law or for any other legitimate reason

PAYMENTS
•Payments can only be made online via the website using Visa, Mastercard or Amex
• Payments can only be made in Australian dollars, from within Australia
• We do not offer After Pay or Zip Pay

TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• All Aspire branding, logos, layout, photos, videos, and design are property of Aspire Adventure Hire and must not be used or replicated in any way without express written consent from management. Should you require permission to use an image please contact us

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
• Aspire Adventure Hire takes no responsibility for and damage or loss incurred whilst using the website or for any advice given
• Aspire Adventure Hire accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, death or loss that results from the hire and use of hire gear supplied
